Harry Styles may be a pop star, but he’s got country in mind for a potential collaboration down the road. The former One Direction singer tells Elvis Duran that of all the headliners at this year’s iHeartRadio Music Festival, he’d most like to duet with the Chris Stapleton.
“I would say, I’m a massive fan of Chris Stapleton. Big fan. So I think I’d have to say him,” Harry told the Elvis Duran and the Morning Show host. “Yeah, I love him and his voice, his... everything.” Harry has long voiced his love for country music and its stars. In fact, the “Sign of the Times” singer announced Kacey Musgraves will join him on his Live On Tour, set to kick off in 2018. Harry first revealed a love for Kacey’s music in a 2015 tweet.
Harry also formerly dated Taylor Swift, who, at the time of their relationship, was still a dominant force in country music. Will a Styl-pleton collaboration happen at the 2017 iHeartRadio Music Festival? Find out when it takes over Las Vegas this September.
