Carrie Underwood gives the best advice. In a new interview with women’s website Bustle.com, the country megastar opens up about show she deals with online trolls, revealing knowing her own self-worth has helped combat the negativity. “I wish I could go back and tell my younger self what I know now—that trying to fit into someone else’s vision of you will never make you happy,” Carrie says. “Now I focus on the goals I set for myself and try my best to do what’s right for me.” What’s right for Carrie, who owns athleisure line Calia by Carrie Underwood, is to not let the pressure of being someone in the spotlight get to her. “When it comes to fitness, everyone has an opinion or comment. I just try to remember I am doing my best and what works for me, and hopefully that resonates with people,” she adds.
