What better way to celebrate the anniversary of the release of Dierks Bentley’s Black than with a No. 1 single? The title track to his latest album has officially reached the No. 1 spot on the Mediabase radio chart exactly one year after Black dropped worldwide.
The most recent chart toper is the 16th of Dierks’ career and the third-straight from the Black album. “‘Every single we’ve put out this year has been a really important piece of the story of this album, but ‘Black’ is the one that’s really the cornerstone of the whole project, and it’s about my wife. Watching this one rise to the top of the chart is extra sweet,” Dierks says.
The singer tells Cody exclusively the next single from the project will be “What the Hell.” Dierks’s 2017 What the Hell World tour with Cole Swindell and Jon Pardi continues this weekend on East Coast with stops in Connecticut, Massachusetts and New Jersey.
