BEHOLD ... 3D PRINTED MEAT

BEHOLD ... 3D PRINTED MEAT

The 3D printer has been used to create many useful items, but it seems unlikely that the creators of the technology could have imagined it would be used to print steaks.

Redefine Meat makes the steaks not out of beef but with soy, pea protein, beetroot, chickpeas, nutritional yeast and coconut fat.

And believe it or not, the finished printed product looks and smells and tastes sort of like a flank steak.

The company is only offering the steaks in Europe and Israel for now. We’ll see if things take off over there -- and if we’ll get a chance to gnaw on 3D printed steaks here in the U.S. anytime soon. (BroBible)

P.S. It's a hard NO for me. :) ~Shelby
