Finding a python in your toilet

The only time the words "snake" and "toilet" should be in the same sentence is when a plumber is explaining how he fixed a clog.

A Virginia man named James Hooper looked in his toilet bowl before sitting down and it's a good thing he did, because there was ball python inside poking its head above the water. Hooper and his roommate tied a noose to the end of a fishing rod, used it to remove the snake from the toilet and moved it to a bucket outside the house. They then called animal control, who came to get it.

The snake, it turns out, is someone's pet who escaped its enclosure two weeks ago and has since been reunited with its owner. (WTKR-TV)
