Usually when there's a snake inside a toilet, it's attached to a plumber who's trying to break up a clog, but for a family in England, the snake was the cause of the clog.
Laura Cowell says her toilet had been clogged for several days but she didn't do anything about until her five-year-old son discovered the cause -- a three-foot python. The young boy went to the bathroom and came face to face with the snake. He screamed for his mother, who ran in and was stunned to see the snake's head rise above the bowl.
Cowell contacted a local pet store, who sent an employee over the trap the snake. Once he removed it from the toilet, he said the snake "smelt of bleach and a bit toilet-y." It was later determined that snake, named Reggie, was actually a neighbor's pet that had escaped two months ago.
