As it is National Pecan Day, there is one question I must ask. How do you pronounce the word "Pecan"? Many say "PEA-can" and many pronounce it as "puh-CON" Which camp do you fall under?
Since Lower Alabama is littered with Pecan Trees, we should resolve to use one or the other. So what ya think? Either way, they are delicious.
