Mexican man burglarized a house and should have easily gotten away with it because of the local police department's slow response time. But he somehow managed to get his head stuck in a metal railing and cops were able to take their sweet time.
The burglar finished his job and was leaving the house when he got stuck. Neighbors saw him struggling to get free and called the police. Officers must have known he wasn't going anywhere for a while because it took them more than two hours to show up at the scene. Cops joined the neighbors in having a good laugh at the burglar's predicament and then used bolt cutters to free his head from the railing and then led him away in handcuffs.
