The term "Florida Man" has become a popular Internet meme linked to weird news stories originating from Florida, but it doesn't get more "Florida Man" than this.
22-year-old Matthew Kyle Leatham was arrested on Sunday for misuse of the 911 system after he called multiple times and asked for a ride home. When the dispatcher informed him that 911 is not a taxi or ride-sharing service, he cursed them out. He was picked up by police and given a ride to the station where he was photographed for a mugshot which features a very eye-catching tattoo -- a blackened map of the state of Florida inked right in the middle of his forehead.
