We lost a legend today. One of the most talented athletes to ever claim Mobile as their home passed away today. MLB great, Hank Aaron. We are all deeply saddened by this loss. I believe Mobile has such a profound love and pride for Mr. Aaron that this loss will be felt deeply by our community. I know it's that way for me. Rest In Peace Mr. Aaron, and thank you for all the wonderful Saturday afternoons I got to share with my dad as we watched you play a game we both loved. And above is one of my favorite memories. I remember sitting in my dad's home and watching Hank break Babe Ruth's homerun record that day.
