Stroll the Boardwalk, sampling wines and perusing the works of some of the Gulf Coast’s most talented artists.  Wine tastings are from 12 noon to 3 p.m. The festival is free to the public, however for wine tastings festivalgoers must purchase a ticket and receive a wristband.
