Kelsea Ballerini’s Las Vegas concert has apparently been canceled, though the singer-songwriter has not publicly commented on the city’s elimination from her list of upcoming tour stops.

Fans took to TikTok and other social media platforms in search of additional information after receiving an email from the ticket outlet notifying them of the cancellation. One social media user shared a screenshot of the email from AXS, which reads: “The Kelsea Ballerini event at T-Mobile Arena on Friday, March 28, 2025 has been cancelled. If you purchased your ticket via AXS online or by phone, a refund will automatically be issued to the credit card used to purchase within 30 business days. Otherwise, refunds are available at your original point of purchase.” The event is no longer listed among Ballerini’s tour dates on her website, and the venue’s site, T-Mobile Arena, directs users to a page that reads “Page Not Found.”

Some TikTokers, Reddit users and Instagram commenters have expressed concern for Ballerini, hoping that the singer-songwriter is OK (she had to reschedule previous tour dates because of illness). Some have expressed disappointment that they would not be able to attend the show, including those who have already paid travel expenses. Some asked whether anyone has additional information, including an explanation as to why the event was canceled. Replies show several social media users have contacted representatives at T-Mobile Arena, and shared rumored reasons that the show was no longer taking place. Kelsea Central, a fan account for Ballerini, shared on a since-expired slide on its Instagram story: “hey y’all, we’re getting a ton of messages about Vegas. We don’t know what happened…we will post as soon as we know something.” That account has not shared updates as of publication time on Wednesday (March 12).

Neither Ballerini nor T-Mobile Arena has publicly shared a statement about the canceled event as of publication time.

Ballerini kicked off her first headlining arena tour in January, just a few months after she released her fifth studio album. Patterns arrived in October 2024, and Ballerini has since debuted five new tracks on the deluxe edition. The extended album released on Friday (March 7). New tracks include “To The Men That Love Women After Heartbreak,” “Future Tripping,” “Hindsight Is Happiness” and more. Original Patterns songs include “Baggage,” “First Rodeo,” “Two Things,” “We Broke Up,” “Cowboys Cry Too” with Noah Kahan and more. Ballerini’s next stop on her arena tour is set for Thursday (March 13) in Spokane, Washington. The tour includes special guests Sasha Alex SloanAsheThe Japanese House and MaRynn Taylor on select dates. See the list of tour stops here.
