Tim McGraw paid tribute to another country music giant on Friday (February 3), with a cover of one of the biggest hits of her career. McGraw teamed up with musician Bob Minner to deliver his rendition of Shania Twain's “You’re Still The One.”

McGraw said he and Minner “had some fun” covering one of Twain’s 90s classics recently. He posted the video to mark the release of Twain’s highly-anticipated new project, Queen of Me. McGraw said: “Always been a big fan... can’t wait to listen to the new album!!”

“You’re Still The One” is a sentimental ballad that appears on the track list of Come On Over, an iconic album that marked its 25th anniversary in November 2022. It became “the biggest-selling studio album by a female artist of all time, the best-selling country music album ever (and) the biggest-selling album by a Canadian country artist,” Twain reflected at the time. “...Crazy. I couldn’t even imagine that in my wildest dreams!! Thank you - Actually I should probably do something to celebrate it, right?? 💎”

Now, Twain is celebrating Queen of Me, a long-awaited album that marks a period of renewed confidence for the trailblazing artist. She said on Friday that she’s “absolutely thrilled” to debut her newest collection, which is unlike any other in her decades-long career. She shared that she “wrote this album from a place of feeling good within myself - I wanted music that got me up dancing and lifted my spirits! I think the fact that I recorded this album with so many good hearted and talented people only amplified that! I hope the album brings you joy and empowers you to feel good in your own skin!”
