Sad news coming out of Hollywood today. Actress Kelly Preston has passed away at the age of 57 after a two year battle with Breast Cancer.
In a statement to People, a representative for Ms. Preston said that the family had decided against disclosing the news of her cancer to the public.
"Choosing to keep her fight private, she had been undergoing medical treatment for some time, supported by her closest family and friends," the family rep explained. "She was a bright, beautiful and loving soul who cared deeply about others and who brought life to everything she touched. Her family asks for your understanding of their need for privacy at this time."
Kelly was married to John Travolta, but I always thought her more than just his wife. She was a mother and talented actress all on her own. HONESTLY, she was one of the most naturally beautiful women I'd ever seen. In "Jerry Maguire" you couldn't take your eyes off of her, but in a lesser known comedy, "View From the Top", she really shined!
