Santa Rosa County launches essential business guide
Santa Rosa County has launched a searchable online map of restaurants and other essential businesses that are open and serving the public. Restaurant dining rooms and lobbies may be closed for now, but takeout, delivery, curbside service or other options may be available. Residents can go to www.santarosaready.com/open and search by location and business type to find restaurants and other open businesses nearby.
Many local businesses have been impacted by the pandemic. This tool is intended to help support local businesses while also providing useful information to county residents.
“We continue to stand by our local businesses in Santa Rosa County and this new tool will allow our residents to re-connect with the businesses they love,” said Shannon Ogletree, Santa Rosa County Economic Development Executive Director.
Managers of restaurants and other essential businesses are encouraged to check their listing for updated information and to register their business if it is not included. Send any updated information to ESF18@santarosa.fl.gov. Pharmacies, grocery stores, banks and other essential businesses in Santa Rosa County should also register.
