Road Closure Notice: West End of Coastal Gateway Boulevard
Gulf Shores, Ala – March 13, 2020 – Due to ongoing construction to enhance Coastal Gateway Boulevard (formerly County Road 8), the west intersection at Highway 59 will be closed to thru traffic at approximately 7 a.m. on Monday, March 16. The closure is expected to last until Thursday, April 9.
Motorists are asked to use the clearly marked detour that will route traffic traveling from Highway 59 to County Road 4 to the Beach Expressway where they can enter Coastal Gateway Boulevard through the east entrance.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We ask motorists to use caution when driving in this area and to make use of alternative routes during this time.
