FRIENDS HELP PARALYZED GROOM DANCE ON HIS WEDDING DAY

Back in 2009, Chance Veazy was a baseball player on the University of Georgia Bulldogs team when he was hit by a car and left paralyzed from the waist down.

Last month, his life changed again -- but in a positive way -- when he married his high school sweetheart, Molly Mathis, and made the most of the event with a little help from his friends.

Before the wedding, Chance and his buddies got together to practice dancing on his feet, with the help of some Velcro straps. It worked.

During the reception, in front of hundreds of guests, the friends helped Chance dance with his bride for the first time.

He called the moment “magical” and one that he “will never forget.”
