USA Children’s & Women’s Hospital giving away 50 booster seats Saturday July 28 at Kohl’s
Mobile, Ala. July 20, 2018 -- USA Children’s & Women’s hospital, in partnership with Safe Kids South Alabama, is giving away at least 50 booster seats for children age four and older on Saturday, July 28, at the Kohl’s location on Schillinger Road in west Mobile.
From 10 am until 1 pm., or while supplies last that day, car booster seats will be given to the first 50 families who qualify. Only one seat will be given per family.
To qualify for the seat, a child must be present at the store at the time of the giveaway, be at least four years old and weigh at least 40 pounds.
“Our mission is to help people lead longer, better lives,” said Brandi Purvis, community outreach coordinator at USA Children’s & Women’s Hospital. “It’s so important for children to be as safe as possible while riding in cars. We are delighted to be able to offer these booster seats to little ones in our community.”
