Danielle Crull had no idea how helpful Truffles the cat would be when she rescued her from a Pennsylvania forest. Crull is an optician who helps young children through her A Child’s Eye office in Mechanicsburg.
Truffles helps kids tackle their fears about eye treatments, whether it’s surgery or wearing glasses. The kitty senses a child being unhappy, so sees them cry and struts out in her stylin’ glasses… which she has many of!
The kids end up smiling or laughing and forget their fear. Truffles is a great therapy cat who’s helped many children in a short time.
