Here's some great news if you've got items stashed in your garage or back yard you've wanted to get rid of. The Bay Minette Beautification Committee will sponsor "Clean Out & Recycle Day" in Bay Minette. This event will take place 8 a.m. to noon at City Hall. Stations will be set up in the parking lot for recycling tires, grease, aluminum, and numerous other items. A shredder will also be set up for documents and files. You know shredding documents can be pricy, so all residents need to take advantage of this opportunity. Love to see the city of Bay Minette being proactive and helping citizens clean things up.
