Bloomberg reports a judge revoked the former pharmaceutical CEO's bail and ordered him immediately to jail Wednesday. Judge Kiyo Matsumoto ruled the 34-year-old Shkreli "may be an ongoing danger or risk to the community," according to CNBC.
Shkreli had been out on $5 million bond following his conviction on securities fraud charges last month for which he faces up to 20 years in prison. He will now remain in jail until his scheduled sentencing on those charges in January.
