Mobile’s annual Rubber Ducky Regatta will make a splash on October 21, 2020, by dropping thousands of rubber duckies into the water. The “adopted” duckies will race to the finish line and the three fastest ducky’s adopters will win a $1,000 Rouses gift card, a $750 Ace Hardware gift card or a $500 Bebo’s car wash/gas gift card!
All proceeds will benefit Ronald McDonald House Charities of Mobile, which houses families with seriously ill and injured children being treated at area hospitals. By adopting a rubber ducky not only will you have a chance to win prizes, but you will be providing funds for a safe haven to all the families who stay at the Ronald McDonald House while their child is receiving treatment.
The event kicks off virtually on Wednesday, October 21, and the race will take place live on the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Mobile Facebook page. The Rubber Ducky Regatta invites all families in the surrounding areas to adopt ducks and enjoy some virtual family-friendly fun.
