Miranda Lambert continues to build excitement about her upcoming album. The country star is sharing her new music in advance of the album's release with listening parties in select U.S. cities.
For the "Platinum Across America" trek she's using her 1954 Flying Cloud Airstream she calls "Wanda the Wanderer." Lambert explains that she named the vehicle for her grandmother, who's "a feisty lady full of sass." The Airstream, which Miranda says is the "queen of the road," has been decked out with an eye-catching three-foot tall, six-foot wide, crystal-encrusted aluminum crown to match her title.
The "Platinum Across America" listening party tour began in Los Angeles last week. "Wanda" will be in Oklahoma City on Tuesday, and has stops coming up in Chicago, Indianapolis, and Philadelphia. Lambert's Platinum will be in stores on June 3rd.
